The Greensboro shortstop hit 14 home runs during the month of July. Antwone Kelly took pitching honors with 15 shutout innings in Triple-A.
Middle infield depth seems to be impressive for the bucs. Impromptu current ranking:
1. Mitch Jebb - Still a fan and see a bit of Trea Turner here
2. Terrmar Johnson - It's in there, somewhat like Nicky G may take some time to get to it
3. YDLS - Reminds a bit of Rodolfo Castro - but could be more
4. Sammy Stafura - I wasn't sure with the start he had this year, but sheesh. Ok. Tracking.
5. Wyatt Sanford - Like Terrmar it's there. Put it together for next year.
6. JDLS - Projection only
7. Tyler Callihan - Good 26th man
8. Duce Gourson - Could take that role from Tyler
9. Jack Brannigan - Replacement for Triolo - good defensive backup
10. Wilton Guerrero - Good base - will need to see physical development x 3yrs +
11. Hyun Seung Lee - Is it same here? Very similar
12. Eddie Rynders - Not as high on Eddie as some - needs a good offseason/breakout
13. Nick Yorke - Needs another team that wants that versatility, avg bat.
14. Dylan Palmer - Maybe it's just me but every highlight has Palmer scoring. Is he the invisible man?
15. Bonus Pick - Yoander Santana. A bit older for league, but showed a little bit of everything. He should get a shot at promotion.
